Found the following while browsing - the TVR Sagaris is one of the cars in the line-up so get voting guys!

'A big budget, Hollywood movie version of The Persuaders TV show is in the pipeline - and its producer wants CAR readers to cast its cars.

In the original, playboy Lord Brett Sinclair, played by Roger Moore, drove an Aston Martin DBS - the 1967 four-seat Grand Tourer powered by a 282bhp straight six. His crime-fighting counterpart, the brash American Danny Wilde, portrayed by Tony Curtis, chipped about in a 1965 Ferrari Dino.

The big-screen version - shooting next year for a 2007 release - will star former CAR contributor Steve Coogan as Sinclair and Hollywood A-lister Ben Stiller as Wilde. The movie will transport the characters from the `70s into the 21st century - which means bang-up-to-date motors will be required.

`We are completely open to readers' suggestions,' producer and former tennis pro Ashok Amritraj told CAR. `But they must be great looking cars that fit the characters of an English playboy and a nouveau riche guy from Brooklyn.' So now it's over to you.'

WOW, If i was ascari and TVR the promotional value of two unkown cars in the U.S. especially great looking ones would open up a huge market. I would pay to have my cars in the show if i was considered.

Is that filming that was taking place at Snetterton (of the Grey Saggy driven by Michael Caine) anything to do with this?

Well it didn't do the Tuscan any harm appearing in Swordfish... I think NS should step forward and offer a Sagaris with full factory support.
