I bought an old 4th Gen Civic a few months back, just for a bit of fun at the weekend, smashing about on track days & to just generally enjoy tinkering with. I always wanted one when I first started driving, but all the affordable ones were rusting to pieces.

The previous owner did a great job of restoring this one, and its completely rust free.

Anyway, it came with a standard OEM (small) spoiler, and a big devil wing style thing that the PO imported from Japan.
Normally I'm against boy racer wings & spoilers of any kind, but I kind of like this one, I feel like it fits the period of the car, but I'm hardly impartial (and according to my friends, an idiot for buying 40 year old shopping car!), so I thought I'd ask the crowds opinion.
Standard

JDM Wing, and a shot of the first trackday, mainly because I think its a great photo! (minus rubber trim falling out)

So what's the thoughts, suits the car? Or do I have the rose tinted new owner specs on?

I'd keep the ducktail spoiler on, looks good . The JDM Sir and Spoon version also work well

I think I'd need to remortgage to get a good set of those these days!
Actually I need to get some decent locking wheel nuts, because I checked out the prices of the Enkeis it came with & they pretty high as well, like everything else at the moment I suppose.

I prefer the oem small spoiler personally but just go with what you like.

Im restoring a 31 yr old honda now to be my new track car but amazed at how many parts are still available.
