Thatcham Category 2 immobiliser and S5 anti theft device

My insurance company are insisting on a Thatcham S5 anti theft device and an approved Thatcham Cateegory 2 aftermarket immobiliser on my Urus Performante. Is that effectively a Ghost Imobiliser that needs to be fitted separately?.

The car comes with a Cat 5 tracking device as standard so do I need to buy the ghost as well.

Just want to make sure I get this right for obvious reasons.
