Earth wires and a plug with no Home!!

Can anyone identify these wires and plug?









Also, Has anyone a photo of the knob or button that fits in the padded dash on the left side, by the knee? I think it is the dash lights?

Manic, White/Purple and Grey/Yellow are +12V supply and ECU control On/Off for an EVAP cannister purge valve, if fitted.

Earth connector, you need to trace back.

Probably the ground that is usually located on the lower timing cover.
Would be beneficial to locate it somewhere more accessible.

Mine has been changed to switch the cooling fans on, it's a common mod', I've never had to use it but once upon a time it was being driven in sunny Spain
From memory it is similar to the other push switches but when off the button protudes from the base.
