I think I’m correct in saying this is the recommended hydraulic steering fluid for the 360 – don’t have the manual to hand. I know it’s Shell Donax but not sure about the TX?

Anyway where can I get the stuff? I’ve stopped at every Shell station between Malta and Barcelona and all they have is Shell Donax TG Gearbox Oil.

I’m in the UK this weekend so thought I’d try and get a couple of litres whilst I’m there. I’ll be in the High Wycombe area. Need someone that’s open Saturday afternoons or Sunday. I assume Hellfrauds won’t do it?

P.S. Anyone else had all their hydraulic steering fluid disappear on them in a 360M F1 over a period of a week? Am I looking at a simple leak or something more serious? I was planning to just keep it topped up until the next service.

If you have lost all the fluid in a week I would think seal has blown. Personally I would not wait for the service because you may pick up dust or grit which could cause component damage or failure.

OK now I’m really confused…

I’ve found a garage with Donax TX but it says it is hydraulic transmission fluid – not hydraulic steering fluid. Is this basically the same stuff? If so, I have some Donax TG which is also labelled as hydraulic transmission fluid so can I use this in the 360?
