Parking fine, how to pay small claims court

After a lot of arguing with a car parking company, they've started a small claims court case against me.

I've given in and paid the claimant, life's too short etc. etc.

As far as I can make out on the small claims documents, if I pay the claimant the full amount directly, I don't need to send any other forms back at all to anyone? Is that right? cheers

No, it’s down to them to notify the Court that the claim has been settled. Just chase them to make sure they’ve done it.

Hope you've got proof of payment for when they forget to notify the court and and you get a hearing date...
