Seat Leon exhaust/engine issues

Hello guys,
Recently got my car serviced and since then I've had a few issues that have all came up in the last week.
1. At low speeds there is a rattling/knocking coming from the rear of the car (similar to if you are driving over a loose road and stones are hitting the underside of the car). The noise happens at least once or twice per journey. This has happened 10-15 times now and is only at low speeds, either slowing to a stop or setting off from a stop.
2. Today driving home my glow plug warning symbol starting flashing. This happened in the middle of the journey and continued for the remainder of the journey. I have had no issues with starting the car recently.
3. After getting home and checking for faults on an OBD2 (no faults found) I restarted the car and there was a raspy almost scraping sound coming from the underside of the car towards the drivers side back wheel. It sounded like something to do with the exhaust system (possibly around the muffler area although my car knowledge is fairly thin).
The car is a Seat Leon FR 2.0 TDI manual, 85k miles. The only issue during the service was that the rear brake discs were very corroded and needed replaced.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
