BMW stolen - seen by police on ANPR on a trailer?!
Discussion
My BMW was stolen from outside my house in London between Saturday and Monday, and after submitting a police report which was promptly closed due to lack of evidence, I received a call from Kent Police saying it had been spotted by ANPR on the back of a trailer.
What are the chances of getting it recovered? I'm assuming it was headed straight for Dover/Folkestone to get out of the country. Can I realistically expect the police to do much about it?

Didn't the police explain what they were going to do when they called you about the ANPR ping? What are the chances of getting it recovered? I'm assuming it was headed straight for Dover/Folkestone to get out of the country. Can I realistically expect the police to do much about it?
"Hello Mr Loki - ANPR has just seen your car on the back of a trailer"
"OK thanks - bye then".
