V6 Engine size

Hi, could someone with a 3l 24v Alfa do me a favour and run a tape measure over the engine?

I'm thinking of using this engine for a project car and am wondering whether it will fit. The critical dimension is across the widest part (or in transverse cars, the deepest) of the cylinder heads, ie square to the axis of the crank.
