Maybe the place to post this as it is watch related in that I wear an Apple Watch but miss wearing my others when I am.

https://medium.com/@musewearables/what-makes-ring-...

I recently contributed to a crown funding thing for this, delivery due December this year, in the hope that it means I don’t need to wear said AW as much if at all.

Has anyone else got/used one and have any feedback? Wasn’t interested in any of them that had ongoing monthly subscriptions but joining the funding on this gets you the ring without any subscription for ‘early adopters’.

Interested in any thoughts/experience.

Given nobody has answered this might be of some limited use:

I don't have one and have never had one, although I did talk to a shopkeeper who was telling me about a customer that paid with their ring.

So they are already out there and as such there will almost certainly be a community somewhere online with the answers you are seeking. Possibly worth a wider search to see what products are about and go from there.

I have a Smartring - use Oura.

It's the only ring I wear and like that its not intrusive and only does tracking - no emails, calls, etc etc.
It was primarily a sleep tracker but over the last 2-3 years has evolved into a exercise tracker, heart rate / blood oxygen tracker etc etc etc.
I use it primarily for tracking sleep and controlling stress. Charge with sleep tracking and running 10km 4 times a week - last about 3 days.

I've been a member since they started so get the stats for free otherwise you have to pay a subscription as a new user which seems quite expensive ($5,99 pm) but I really like it.
