newbie question - do the spoilers actually work? i dont mean this in a negative way. it's just that on my old car (elise) you can add front and rear spoilers but really unless you were running the car stupid low made no rear difference.
i know that they were standard on a S but always wondered if they actually improved the car in anyway other then looks.??
also not wishing to be cheeky but whats the cost of both spoilers?

From what has been posted on here, the spoilers really come into their own above about 120mph. Standard Tuscans go a bit light at the front and tend to wander a bit apparently.
I have no experience of this not having taken mine above this speed on a regular basis. I have been above 130 (in France) when it seemed as stable as your average car at 80.

Speaking to the guys at power and central TVR they really do enhance the stability and handling of the car. In the 400 miles I have done this weekend trying them out I have found the car to keep its nose down and snake less in the pull from the lights and feel more solid on the motorway. As for price check my profile.
Incidentally when I did a track day with Lotus I found the car a whole different ride to begin with as it feels lower and shorter so I guess the spoilers wouldn't have such an effect.
Anyway I'm no Schumacher and I'm sure there are pleanty of stats on here somewhere about the differences.
Still it looks great
