So it probably has got something to do with the fact I've just had some work done on my diff
Sounds most likely, did this occur when you got the car back?
The sensor is mounted on the diff, look for the toothed wheel mounted inboard of the CV joint, the sensor is the cylindrical tube with two wires coming out the back. I suspect that the gap is too large, try reducing the distance between sensor and rotor teeth.
Hi Simon,
Yes it made a very noticeable difference, power increased from 340bhp to 390bhp with the Emerald alone, a few other light mods have taken it to near 400bhp, driveability is much improved also. It is also a more flexible option for future tuning than ia available with the existing MBE unit.
It's excellent value for money, drop Trackcar an email through his profile and he'll fill you in with more info, alternatively drop me an email through my profile.
