I've won a small claims court case against an idiot who ripped me off over some car body work.
The claim is just too large to pursue using a county court warrant of conttrol.
Has anyone got any experience of filling out the N293 form to apply for a writ of control?
I've got a query on what info to put in.

I don't know about a N293 writ of control, but when I won a CCJ and no money was forthcoming, I decided that all the 'normal' means of redress at that level were fairly useless so I escalated it straight to the High Court. It was cheap and very effective.

Assuming you’re looking to send in the high court enforcement officers, why not let them do all the paperwork ?

Indeed; when I came this way - albeit 10+ years ago - you just pass the case to them and say 'Fetch!'. All they need is a CCJ to enforce - the rest is irrelevant. Most if not all of the fees end up on the defendant's plate.

As others have said get in touch with one of the high court bailiff firms (DCBL is the big one that has the telly show) and they will do this for you.
