Hi,
Just recently took delivery of my new baby and sorting though things i have two questions (so far).

1. Sitting in the drivers seat which side of the V12 would be considered Bank1?
I have a slow response O2 sensor in Engine Bank 1, O2 sensor bank 2, sensor 1

2. My DB9 came with a Quicksilver muffler, vacuum lines plugged - is the rear vacuum pump used for anything else besides the factory muffler valve control?

Regards...

2. Vacuum pump is to actuate the valves on OEM exhausts to switch between quieter (vacuum on/valve closed) and louder (vacuum off/valve open) modes. I don't believe your Quicksilver backbox has any valves.

Bank 1 would be on the right. Sensor bank 2 means the rearmost group of 3 cylinders and Sensor 1 means upstream of the catalyst. A quick check is to swap it with the sensor on the front group of three cylinders and see if the fault follows the sensor.

It's not used for anything else.
