Classified Ad issues

Hello all,

I'm not sure if this is the right place or not...

I am having issues with my Classified Ad, and yes, I have checked the FAQs and I'm still none the wiser...

I initially created the Ad with photos that I had taken on my phone and airdropped to my Mac. On the preview they looked fine, now the Ad is live it looks like you're looking at the photos with a load of vaseline smeared on your screen!

I tried editing the photos via my phone with the original pics. No change. I tried to edit the description to acknowledge the poor quality photos and that I was trying to get better photos on. No change.

I even put the photos onto my Mac via a cable and tried to adjust the Ad that way. No change.

So no matter how I try and edit the Ad, it won't change, either photos or text. This has been over the last 24 hours - so I have waited over an hour, I've cleared my cache etc.

So now I'm paying for a Classified Ad that I certainly wouldn't buy from as you cant see any detail on the car...

Apologies, I'm not brilliant with tech, but I'm not awful either! It can't be this hard to edit your own Ad, or to get ok photos uploaded, can it?!

Try emailing the classifieds administrator directly on [e-mail].

Would think you should get free ads as a member > 10 years?
