Help identifiying

Can anyone help by telling me what this is. I am getting a nasty whine at 1500revs. which I thought was turbo noise but the sound comes from the part circled. The engine is the 2.7 Diesel.

Throttle body - diesels have them for emissions/ egr operation.
Look on YouTube for orileys autos - he often has to change them as they stick closed and put the engine light on.
One of his recent videos shows how to change it.
