Christmas meats

Bizarre one I know but I've lived alone for donkeys years and spent many Christmases alone. This year I have the pleasure of a house full at christmas, 3 adults 3 kids.
Really want to push the boat out so I've ordered a 9kg turkey, 3kg beef sirlion, 3kg pork shoulder and small goose from the farm over the road.
Hoping for a foggy Christmas morning walk to the pub before getting home and serving a huge dinner then falling asleep on the sofa with a very nice whiskey.
Hope I've not missed anything

Roast Chestnuts for an afternoon nibble, just pierce them and pop them in the oven. Unless you’re lucky enough to have an open fire in which case pierce them and put them as close to the fire as you can without them catching alight, you’ll know when they’re done as they have a tendency explode!
