New V5c received - but I don't know why!

Hi all,

Had a brown envelope from the DVLA - wasn't expecting one. It's a new V5c for my car, which I haven't requested. I bought the car in April this year, and received the V5c a few days after.

I have not requested a new one, I have not moved house, I have made no changes to the car.

Annoyingly, they've added an extra previous owner on to the vehicle, too.
