After another failure to connect using my Bluetooth OBD reader and Torque Pro app I'm ready for something else.

I'd the likes of OBDeleven or Carly worth it? Or am I better getting a wired code reader?

Really depends on what car you have, OBD Eleven is excellent for VW group stuff. Carly is ok.

I bought an official Torque dongle and works great with Torque as youd expect.

Might do that as the app is pretty good.

Nope, we are referring to the brand OBD Eleven (https://obdeleven.com/) not the interface OBD II

See above, why have you deleted your post and then reposted it?

OBD Eleven was for VW Group cars only. looks like they also support Mini and Rolls Royce and BMW now.
