We have still to receive remittances from quite a few people who applied for vehicle passes. If you have not sent your payment, please be aware that I will not be selling passes/tickets for the parade on the day, so it is essential that Noble receives your cheque beforehand.

Many thanks,

There were 90 cars in the end, but that figure will only stand if people who wanted to take part in the parade purchase the tickets from us before race day.

How can we check that our payments have been received?

My pass arrived Friday - day after I sent the cheque in so if you've sent your wonga in you should receive ticket in 2-3 days (IMHO)!

Got my tickets, alas I may not be able to make it though as my new baby son arrived on Wednesday so things are a little hectic at the mo.

If I don't make it, have a good time everyone!

Anthony - well done!

Why not bring him into the world "properly" - I'm sure the smell of oil and burnt hydrocarbons will set the little one up for the rest of his life

Thay obviously trust that it won't bounce then!

Do we need to send £20 for pasengers too? I sent £20, but my car will now not be attending an I might be bringing a friend too. Do I need a pass for my friend?

Thanks Greg

Greg, it looked like 20 squids for one or two occupants to me!

I assume you're referring to the other "half"

I also sent £40 Friday...yet to receive the tickets.

Well then, with my apparently limited knowledge of the English language I read the following as meaning that it was the "parade tickets" that were being referred to as £20 each and not the "driver and passenger" - any professors of Angalis out there care to comment?!

"Parade tickets will only be available from Noble Automotive, at a cost of £20 each for driver and passenger."

PS - this one will run and run

I guess your passenger will be allowed in and you'll have to stay outside then

Just to confirm (and this was written in to the original publicity) the cost for entering the parade is £20 EACH for the driver and passenger. Since this is the advance ticket price to attend the weekend, anyway, having your car in the parade is effectively free.
