How can I find out reg number by vin

Hi I just got a bike as a project but didn't have v5 and no reg number. Does anyone know how I can get the reg number by the vin

Hopefully it's not nicked (I assume you've checked already?)

I believe you'll need to apply for a new registration with form V55/5 if it's been registered before, but that's just from Google - it's not something I've done.

Yes done a police check and it's not nicked. It's a project not running tried applying to register but couldnt

If you're on Facebook there is a chap called Dave Anderson who does this. It's £5 I think and I've used him before, he'll only charge you if he can find it.

I had this issue with a race bike I bought, if you search on Facebook there is a guy who did mine.
Send off an application and have a V5 for it now
