Short Throw Gearshift mod for 996TT - Advice needed

Good quality mod from JZ Machtech - £470 incl.
Porsche mod - £430 incl.

JZ Machtech version reduces throw by 20 percent. Porsche mod unknown.

JZ Machtech uses quality components, definitely no nylon.

Porsche components not known.

Anyone familiar with Porsche system/
Which option should I go for?

The Porsche one is identical to the B&M short shift kit. This I can recommend. I the past I've used cheaper ones which are not as good. The nice thing about the B&M short shift kit is it raises the pivot point as well as lengthening the shifter so a good balance is maintained.
Try ebay for a good price.
