Where is the parking thread with the ranting neighbour?

Where is the thread where someone who was looking to buy a house came on here to ask about parking issues and the neighbour in question found out about it and came ranting on the same thread.

Just wanted to show it to someone and I can't find it. I made a comment in the thread and can't even find it by searching "my replies".
