Indy servicing for R8 in NW

Thinking of buying a gen 2 v10 plus.

Any recommendations for servicing and maintenance in the NW?

I can't help thinking you'll save 50p on servicing and be nailed £5k when you come to re-sell compared with just sticking it into the main dealer.

I hate main dealers. They usually have trained chimps working for them and cars always come back scratched.

Good Indy is 1000 times better.

If I buy a Porsche I will let hartech look after it just unsure with a R8.

Car will be a keeper anyway.

I buy and sell fast Audi for a living. There's a few independents around the country that when I see history from I breathe a sigh of relief. Far less likely things have been missed or skrimped on.

Considerably more common to see "main dealer history" cars be lacking here. Sometimes this is from lack of knowledge or experience at the dealers. Sometimes this is from cheap service plans only offering basics. Sometimes this is from people spending the bare minimum amount possible so they can say "full dealer SH".

Decided to go with RE performance for PPI and servicing/maintenance.

I had my PPI done via Ricky and the team - really great stuff. Just bit far away for normal servicing for me (but will travel for anything specialist). Backdraft in Milton Keynes also very good.
