great service from blackpool

thought i would post this positive comment on the service i received from the factory over the new purchase on my car last week.
the tuscan is an 04 with a 4.0ltr but the log book says tuscan S??? The car does not have any other normal S upgrades so must be just a typo error.
anyway i contacted blackpool, told them about the V5 etc and they kindly provided me with a printout of the build sheet together with a letter for the DVLA confirming that the car is not an S.
I received a phone within 1 hour from the factory confriming this and then a couple of days later the paperwork.
i never got this level of customer serivce from Lotus so big thanks to the factory.
