2008 vw Golf 1.9tdi, replacement engine noise

Hi, my golf 1.9tdi needed a replacement engine.
I picked one up from a breakers yard and the mechanic got it fitted last night.
Now I'm getting a bad noise from this replacement engine..

Any suggestions what could be making it sound like this. See YouTube link I uploaded.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, can't afford to be Out much more money on labour...
