Noise from the suspension

the suspension/dampers?are making a noise some of the time. car goes back for oils service after engine rebuild next week so i can have it checked out but i wonder what can it be. it appears to be on the offside front and if you push down on the stationary car it sort of groans and creaks?!> any ideas is it expensive?

Thats yr bushes ,use wd40 or a spray grease etc

Or the knuts on the antiroll bar come slightly undone, and it sound like the suspention.

Or, it could be the spring rubbing against the damper (look for smooth/shiney mark on the case of the damper) - that was happening on mine and helped me justify the superior Nitron upgrade.
