Wembley - Ticket Office

We're supposed to be going to England v Wembley tonight, they decided to post physical tickets - which thanks to Royal Mail haven't arrived

My googlefu has failed to find a direct phone number for the ticket office for them to either change it to one I can print, or arrange collection tonight

The main Wembley and FA lines give eleventy options and then just ring out

I've filled in 2 different webforms that the "support" pages direct you to, but they are "very busy" on an auroresponder

Before I chance it and drag my 6 year old on an epic 2+ hour train / tube journey is it likely I can visit the ticket office and get copies?

Or a possibility to talk to a human?

Or is the postie likely to be sat in our seats?

We risked it, so for future reference ...

You need to report to the West ticket office (the East can't deal with it)
Proof of purchase with FAN number and Order number
Photo ID

Them they print out the tickets, for free (!)

Not sure why they can't put that info on their FAQs or autoresponder, but there we go, that would be far too helpful

Match was dull, no atmosphere, but the boys enjoyed it

Because there would be 1000s of people turning up before kick off wanting tickets printed for free. Amazed you weren't given an e-ticket though.
