Venture Capital position- background checks

I’m close to securing a new role in a venture capital company. I’m aware that they will run comprehensive background checks and wondered what kind of things they check.

Anybody on here work in this field?

I haven’t worked for a VC previously.

The standard Employment checks are

- Reference check
- Employment history check
- Qualifications check
- DBS check
- Right to Work in the UK

If you're in a finance related role companies may check
- Credit history check
- CIFAS check
- PEP/Sanctions check
