posted in S,P & the law and it was moved to NP&E so now I can't edit the silly typos or reply. :-( at least let me edit it.

To turn this around, what you are in fact saying is that someone who has not met the (relatively) recently imposed requirement for posting in NP&E could get round it by posting it elsewhere and it would be moved there anyway?
