Does anyone on here own this car or know anything about its whereabouts. Always loved the look of it and wondered what the wheels were (Halibrand replicas ?). Tried finding some JA Pearce Magnas that would fit standard arches but no luck and these wheels look the business as well.

they look like Compomotive's version of the Halibrand Cobra wheel. Ultra rare and, as far as I'm aware, no longer in production. Great look though. Always loved the look of it and wondered what the wheels were (Halibrand replicas ?).

looks lovely and yeah onJA Pearce Magnas even better...I was looking at that plate number and see if I had that one on my usb and yes, funny enough it was then in a different color, see>
and those JAP Magna wheels

Yes JA Pearce were back in business a few years ago, they had a website and FB page but defunct again. among other period correct wheels (3 piece wheels really aren't) that are similarly visually interesting are these gorgeous Campagnolos (and some others from that brand), American made Ansen wheels, as well as a few others.
There's also the "Hayashi Street" wheel, which is similar to the reproduction DeTomaso Mangusta wheel. It looks much better if the background elements aren't painted so dark that they disappear.

Thanks for your input and ideas. Not keen on those designs,I think Vixens and Tuscans are pretty sensitive to wheel choice. This car was sold a while back on FB and the then owner put the original TVR alloys back on. He wouldn’t respond to any messages about the JAP wheels unfortunately!
I realise the originality gurus will be getting bent out of shape but each to their own !
