All Inclusive Summer 2024 short to medium haul

We're currently starting to plan our summer holiday for next year. Since we've had kids we've stayed in a couple of hotels, but mostly self catering villa's and apartments. Don't get me wrong I've done varying AI's to varying levels in the past but if I had the choice I like a villa with my own space/pool and the option to either cooking in or dinning out wherever we fancy. I'm fighting a loosing battle with the Mrs who thinks my daughter's in particularly (will be 8) needs a bit more and kids her own age to play with.
To that end we're looking at resort type hotels around the med. Not picky on where but a good standard that isn't a cafeteria style buffet type restaurant. Some family just got back from Turkey for the first time and raved about the standard of the food, service, and accommodation. It's not somewhere I've been or considered before.
Anywhere for a short list of destinations/hotel? We will be paying a premium with it being the summer holidays but looking at 7.5-10k max for 10-154 night for a family of 4.
