iPace alternative for company car

The time is approaching to consider a replacement for Mrs Fungle's company iPace - the 2020 HSE variant.
It's been faultless so far and Mrs F absolutely adores it.
Comfort is top of the priority list and whilst a bigger range is preferred, the current 220-ish is workable.
As her personal car shopper, I really like the Mercedes EQE but it hasn't landed especially well with her as an initial suggestion.
Taycan has been mentioned but unless there were exceptional deals, it's likely out of budget (and comfort!).
The new i5 looks hugely capable but well, it's a 5-series and not really her taste.

Have you looked at a BMW iX3?
It comes in two variants only, M Sport and M Sport Pro. They are both pretty much fully loaded.
I've had my iX3 M Sport Pro since March and it's a wonderful car to live with. All the perks and smoothness of an electric car which you're already familiar with. Spacious, looks great, solid build all round.
There's also the new iX1 which is similar in size and worth looking at. It's a bit more modern.

These have taken an absolute battering as a used car, if you'd consider a second hand purchase?
Cars that started from c.£90k brand new and could easily go up to £100k+. The cheapest on Auto trader right now is £51k. That's for a 2 year old, 30k miles example, so not particularly old or high mileage. I also think it looks nicer than the Taycan.
Seems like it would be an absolutely terrible buy new, but potentially a bit of a bargain used? Only downside is that I believe the range is similar-ish to the iPace. Useable, but pretty weak for a so-called "GT". Probably suits most fine though.

Why not buy a 2nd hand ipace. The 3 year old hse's have started to dip below 25k, they go very quickly at that price. But still a huge saving on a 70k+ car
Late 70 Regs start getting the pivipro infotainment which is seen as a huge upgrade. Not sure if your missus would have had this or not

Is the Lotus Eletre an option? Seems to be a very good SUV.
On the other end of the spectrum the VW ID7 is getting rave reviews (better than i5 and EQE apparently), though not sure its available yet in UK and the big battery version (435 mile range, WLTP) isnt due until later in 2024.
Comfort wise I would imagine the Q8 Etron to be very good.

I think the biggest issue with VAG offerings is the infotainment system. It seems to be so problematic and just unforgiveable for the pricepoint of the cars. I keep bouncing back to wanting to pick up an iPace. We loved the test drive and it's a relative bargain nowadays for a 2yr old HSE model, the main issue is the slightly small boot and the winter range is a little problematic due to limited destination charging options on some of our more frequent destinations. Evidently those aren't an issue if you've been fine with the iPace and I'd replace it with another of the same if spending my own money or go for something like an IX if going via salary sacrifice/company car.
