Out of those 4 probably Mad Men. The Wire irritated me with the impenetrable speech at times. BB went on too long imo, The Sopranos was okay but I felt some of the characters were to much of a caricature of a mobster.

But, I preferred, without putting any indepth thought into a particular order.
