Night panel / Dark mode

Hi all, as the title really.
In a world of new cars with bigger brighter screens and interior ambient lighting, are there any newer cars 2020 onwards that have a night panel or dark mode? Saab did it well, the last I had with such a feature was a 2017 Citroen whereby the dark button would shut down the majority of the interior lights and dials other than the digital Speedo.
I think it's a great feature and something I'd pick over neon light strips and iPads on my dash, but maybe I'm just a miserable 38 year old.
(For me personally, car has to be no more than 5 years old for work purposes hence 2020/21 onward)
