Honda/Diesel specialist (starter motor)!

2009 CRV 2.2 diesel.
After 2hrs rolling round in the snow on my drive I've had to admit defeat and need help!
Starter motor needs replaced and it's an absolute pig of a job. I got as far as removing the undertray and smashing loads of push pins at the same time.
I don't mind general spannering but this is beyond me!
Would love some recommendations for someone that knows exactly how to do it and without breaking anything!
