I'll keep this short.

Freesat TV reception. Two separate cables, one to each TV.
Most channels perfect and showing strong signal.
Some channels started pixellating and have now disappeared completely from both cables/TVs.

The only missing channels are 205, 208, 691 and 809

en.satexpat.com says these channels are all related at the broadcast level, being the only four channels on Astra 2G, EU - 30 11686V

What could cause this very narrowly defined issue?

I just clicked on Wikipedia which reports very similar, although not quite identical, information with those four channels in one group right at the end of their listing, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astra_2G

Tp104 11.686 GHz V 23000 2/3 DVB-S2:

Bloomberg TV UK HD
Daystar TV HD
France 24 English HD
The Jewellery Channel HD

I've seen some suggestion there can be various satellites grouped close together at one location (in this case 28.2 degrees East) and fractional problems of dish alignment might cause one satellite to be less "in view" than another. But the satexpat and wikipedia lists suggest all are on the Astra 2G. Or might that one name be used to describe the whole cluster of satellites in that position?

Might be better in the Home Cinema & Hi-Fi forum?
