I have refilled the OELYS fluid tanl on our Citroen Berlingo but my Maxicom MK808 will not reset the fluid level.

I've googled all sorts of tools but they seem to be unavailable or pretty expensive.

Is there an economic one available?

Surprised that it won’t reset - is there no menu option or does it just refuse to reset?
Edit - is the Berlingo a shared platform? Maybe try selecting another make that shares the platform and see if that’s any better?

Maybe worth finding a YouTube showing the process / tool and then looking on Facebook marketplace for a diagnostic service nearby using that tool? usually lots of people advertising plug in diagnostic services with a variety of tools.

I've looked at a few videos but it seems my particular diagnostic tool supports forcing a regen but not resetting the level of fluid.

I also found a few tools that will do the job at a reasonable cost eg laser but they are all out of stock!

My garage will reset for a minimum job charge but as we have quite afew of these vans and I service them all it would be good to be able to do it myself, what a daft system that cannot sense when you have refilled a tank.

There is a fb group. Peugeot planet 2000 lexia diagbox diagnostics. If you join there is a map, you can message members. Most will code for a drink, resetting Eolys is simple with Diagbox. It's a clone of the dealer software. Alternately in the files section there are links to buy the cables & download the software FOC if you want to do it yourself, cable is about 60 IIRC.
