Rapide S Wing mirror stopped folding

Just had my Rapide S back from being detailed and some PPF over course if three days. Now when I lock the car the driver's wing mirror starts to fold but stops after 1cm of travel. The passenger wing mirror will fold but when reversing and it dips it will stay dipped and not return. I need to use the mirror control to raise it again.

I've tried the menu to deselect and reselect the folding and dipping functions to no effect.

Is there a fuse I need to pull out and put back to reset or other process I can try?
