Anyone used Panerai official service in the last 6 months?
I sent my watch off, agreed the work and cost and then waited. Chased them a few times and the response was you haven’t paid. They’ve never asked for payment and the watch is now ready. They will not accept credit card over the phone or bank transfer - only payment via their online portal, which doesn’t work as there is no method to pay on it.
So my watch has been serviced and I want it back, but they won’t post it until I pay, but I can’t pay as they have no method for me to make the payment.
