If you either already have a library membership (or join), then you can read magazines on any device.
Libraries that are in the Press Reader scheme, enable their members to read newspapers and magazines.
You simply downoad the Press Reader app.
When logging on, it is not clear what password to use, so you may need to ask your library.

There is another app called Libby, which has more magazines.
