This is an excellent overview from Stuart at HWM on what to look for when thinking about a high mileage or for that matter any V12 Vantage from the VH era! The car is actually my previous Aston that I traded in when I bought my current Aston a DBX 550! Take a look here https://youtu.be/LaK5EbzH3A8?si=1QZLUOm1Gall7PmA

I watched it the other day and came to the conclusion that who ever had owned it loved it and looked after it , I never would have thought they may be a member on here

For a split second the trade up light flashed in my head but I love my V8 too much to part with her , but a great car

Wow looks immaculate but for me I would not touch it as I only like low miles!

Lovely to see a well looked after V12 with miles... while it looks great, potential buyers should also checkout out the underside, so you need to get it up on a ramp.

Nice looking car, but at that mileage I would be looking for the big ticket items having been maintained or replaced and a pre inspection from the bald one

It’s been sold and gone to a new home with a new owner who will look after it as well if not better than I did smile

A quick turnaround then,

And i bet he has got an a cracking car to boot.

I'm just wondering ,

Would a MD allow a pre inspection from an independent ? knowing that a lot of stuff isn't covered by a timeless ?

Ive bought a couple of Astons from HWM and I find them very decent People which is what you would expect from the Worlds oldest Aston Dealership .
Happy to take it on the chin but I would be more than happy with their assessment of any Aston they were retailing .

What price was it selling for? Interested how it was valued. V12 V always seem undervalued to me, curious what an 80k mile sold for
