EV Charging EU

What is the best app to use for route-planning for a holiday in the EU (Holland/Germany) which gives accurate info on EV Chargers?

There seem to be plenty apps for the UK such as Zap-Map etc, but can't seem to find one which covers the EU very well.

My Iomtom lists plenty of charging points, as does Waze.

France is certainly not lacking in places to charge the devils vehicle, Spain is still a bit behind and Portugal still seems to favour ICE vehicles.

A friend who often goes to France, in particular (he has family there) recommends chargemap because it has "brilliant European coverage".
