Like most pension firms they make it incorrigibly difficult for you to transfer money from a pot to another. I was with a large global pensions firm after redundancy and wanted to consolidate my earned pot into a large managed one, literally 15 letters, numerous calls and a financial adviser later, the paltry sum of about 4 grand was moved over.
it really is pathetic how useless these people are and they literally make admin garbage up.
I had the same issue with NEST but luckily the company was doing all the hard work and they did it for the whole firm transferring them from NEST into them, so it was easier. but I was told they were very, very difficult.

I swept up a load of ex company pensions into Vanguard earlier this year and it was quite easy. I remember Nest being odd in that they require you to send them a letter, but once that was done there were no issues. Have you logged in, looked at the help and followed the process about sending the letter etc?

Without going into too much detail, process was started at the end of July as my wife retired early that month. In November she had the MoneyHelper chat, details forwarded to NEST three times, but they still insist not received, despite us having Royal Mail proof of delivery!
