^You could be right the soft noodles and Soylent green part was ok but the crispy noodles? They can FRO. I distinctly remember them in the 70s and 80s literally exploding in the frying pan, expanding into fluffy yellow strips of scrumptiousness, the size of Cheesy Wotsits they were: but now? Yep I do (vaguely) remember these in shops, but my parents never bought them. If it didn't have potatoes in, it wasn't appearing on the dinner table.
