I have seen an ad on here for a 2008 Japanese import 2.5L petrol Mercedes-Benz E250 W211. However I can't find any reference anywhere to an E250 built in 2008. Should I be concerned?

Could be an E230, that’s a 2.5 M272

Mercedes did make 2.5 V6 the badge is irrelevant, what does the log book say.
