Silent fish tank filters, recommendations needed

The in-laws have bought my kids a fish tank, unfortunately the filter it’s been supplied with is really irritatingly loud. I’m happy that it’s set up and positioned correctly, I think it’s just a noisy POS. Can anyone recommend a silent (as near silent as possible) in tank filter for a 30L tank please?
