Apple Car Play Kit Microphone

Happy New Year to all!
I've recently installed a Carplay kit to my 2009 Vantage, and although i'm really happy with the upgrade in general, the microphone that was supplied with the kit needs changing, as it is impossible to use for calls at any speed above 20km/h due to the noise.
Can anyone suggest a good option, preferably with noise cancellation.
