Heater valve replacement

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement valve from, my existing one looks like it's leaking but I can't see exactly where? It's the valve in the passenger footwell against the wing but not to the matrix.

The motor etc from the control is still working fine so I guess I can just replace the valve?

Also any help and advice on removing it would be appreciated as it's not the easiest thing to get to.

Hi Joolz
did my old Griff, take glove box out and its much easier, make sure its not just the clips loose ! You can move it around to get to the screws. Got mine from local TVR dealer, not expensive from memory. It was not the fault though ! I was replacing mine as i thought it was letting water by, nope, it was the controller turning it from cold to warm as the dash got hot, mod No 485.

Hi David,
I've changed the lower hoses so it can only be the upper hose or the valve but pretty difficult to see exactly where due to the limited amount of space available. I will give the hose clip a double check first then before taking the unit out
