Where can I get a Steve Heath Bible for the wedge?

I ordered one of Amazon 2 weeks ago and was told 2 day dispatch time. I am now being told that due to short supplies they aim to dispatch by the end of October!!!!:ranting:

Anyone help me out please?

While I'm on, just looked at your profile and see a rather tasty looking B reg 350i - I take it this is yours? Where did you get those wheels? - What fitment are they?

Thanks It's ours, shared with French TVR, the wheels are 17" Borbets, with 215/45/17 Tyres.Fitment standard Wedge hubs (Ford Granada) It's a 1987 series II.
